About Frank

Dr. Frank M. Sorokach is an business owner, entrepreneur, educator, author, and speaker. He is focused on the application of new concepts, systems, and technologies to improve business strategies, tactics, and processes. This includes the integration of not only technology, but also new management theory.

Frank has been a faculty member at Penn State University since 2012, and has been teaching in higher education since 2001. Over that time, he has taught in various disciplines, including business, economics, marketing, project management, and technology. His expertise includes resident instruction, hybrid, and asynchronous models. He also has thousands of hours of facilitation in corporate environments.

Frank has written extensive amounts of content for online courses, authored several books, and is generally regarded as an expert consultant on revising pedagogical approaches in educational environments by applying an entrepreneurial approach in the classroom. He has served as a digital faculty consultant for McGraw Hill since 2017, helping well over a hundred institutions re-work curriculum to improve learning outcomes for students.
